After payment is completed, MOMENTUS will proceed with a standard verification. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid for, as well as the corresponding invoice.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All products and/or services available on MOMENTUS can be purchased, except in cases of stock breakage or limitation, as well as in products by order, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but in these circumstances, they will be duly identified on MOMENTUS.

If a product becomes unavailable after the purchase has been completed, MOMENTUS undertakes to contact the customer, by telephone or email, as soon as possible to expedite the process with them.

TAXES AND FEES

At MOMENTUS, prices are displayed in euros, with the appropriate VAT and taxes applied according to the law in force, which are already included in the displayed price.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with article 10 of DL no. 24/2014, of February 14, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without incurring any costs and without the need to indicate the reason, within 14 days from the day the consumer or a third party, with the exception of the carrier, indicated by the consumer acquires physical possession of the goods.

Exceptions are made for personalized items, according to article 17, paragraph c) of the same decree-law, the consumer cannot freely withdraw from the contract when it comes to the supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or manifestly personalized; Due to the digital nature of our products, the execution of the order and receipt of the product at the email address provided by the customer will be considered a breach of inviolability, making it impossible, from that moment, to proceed with its return under the terms provided for in article 17(1)(l) of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14, so the User accepts that their consent implies the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14.

COMPLAINTS

FORCE MAJEURE

Deliveries and/or provision of services by MOMENTUS may be affected by force majeure, resulting in delays or interruptions in deliveries. Circumstances of force majeure include but are not limited to slowdown or interruption of the production of raw materials from the place of origin, poor performance of a supplier or subcontractor, theft, mobilization, war, attacks, strikes, riots, blockades, and administrative restrictions on export or import.

DISCLAIMER NOTICE

By placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most updated version.

MOMENTUS is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures, or any other problems that prevent access to and proper functioning of the online store.

MOMENTUS is not responsible for any damages, directly or indirectly related to the use, or inability to use, the products and/or services provided, as well as for any delays or unforeseen events in the delivery of orders.
