Can I preview my customized product before purchasing?
Absolutely! As you customize your order, you can view your artwork in real time, letting you see exactly how your personalization choices will look. For photo art portraits, while you can’t preview in real time, If you’d like any adjustments, you can easily request changes after the purchase since we offer unlimited revisions for all our products (see conditions below)

• For Photo Art Products: We offer unlimited revisions to ensure your artwork is perfect for you. However, it’s not possible to change the original photo you provided with your order.
• For Products with Live Preview on the Website: You can request minor corrections, such as errors in location details or typos in the text. However, if you need substantial changes that significantly alter the artwork, additional charges may apply.
How do I apply a discount code to my order?

• Photo Art Products: Delivery of digital files typically takes up to 24 hours.
• Other Digital Products: Delivery is usually within 30 minutes.

What file formats are available for digital products?
Our digital products are available in high-resolution PNG format (300dpi), which is suitable for printing at home or through a professional service. If you encounter any issues regarding the file format or need a different one please contact us and we’ll assist you the best we can.
What should I do if I have trouble downloading my digital file?
If you experience any issues downloading your digital file, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will help resolve the issue promptly.
Where should I print my digital artwork?
You have three main options for printing your digital artwork, but we highly recommend using a local print shop:
1. Local Print Shop: Our top pick! Local print shops offer the best combination of quality and convenience. They provide professional-grade printing with a variety of paper types and sizes to choose from, ensuring your artwork looks stunning. Plus, by printing locally, you're supporting small businesses and reducing your environmental footprint.
2. Online Printing Services: While online services are convenient, they come with some drawbacks, such as higher shipping costs, potential delays, and the environmental impact of shipping. There’s also the risk of damage during transit.
3. Home Printing: Printing at home is the most budget-friendly option, but it comes with limitations. Most home printers can’t match the quality of professional printing, and they’re often limited in the sizes they can handle. For the best results, we suggest avoiding this option for larger or high-quality prints.
What type of paper should I use for printing?
For best results, we recommend printing on paper with a weight between 190gsm and 240gsm, with a matte finish. This will ensure a durable print with vibrant colors that will look stunning on your wall.
