Will a physical product like a poster or a canvas be delivered to me?
No, we don’t deliver physical products — just digital files. And that’s a good thing! Here’s why:

For photo art portraits, while you can’t preview in real time, If you’d like any adjustments, you can easily request changes after the purchase since we offer unlimited revisions for all our products (see conditions below)

You have three main options for printing your digital artwork, but we highly recommend using a local print shop:
1. Local Print Shop: Our top pick! Local print shops offer the best combination of quality and convenience. They provide professional-grade printing with a variety of paper types and sizes to choose from, ensuring your artwork looks stunning. Plus, by printing locally, you're supporting small businesses and reducing your environmental footprint.
2. Online Printing Services: While online services are convenient, they come with some drawbacks, such as higher shipping costs, potential delays, and the environmental impact of shipping. There’s also the risk of damage during transit.
3. Home Printing: Printing at home is the most budget-friendly option, but it comes with limitations. Most home printers can’t match the quality of professional printing, and they’re often limited in the sizes they can handle. For the best results, we suggest avoiding this option for larger or high-quality prints.
What type of paper should I use for printing?
For a fabulous result that look crisp and last forever we recommend using paper with a weight between 180gsm and 250gsm. This range gives you that perfect balance of durability and texture. Plus, go for a matte finish to keep glare at bay and make your art look amazing from any angle.

- Other Digital Products: These are delivered even faster—usually within 30 minutes!
We always strive to deliver your files as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your new artwork right away. However, please keep in mind that technical issues or high demand may occasionally cause slight delays.
How do I download my digital product?
Once your digital product is ready, we’ll send it straight to your inbox! If the file size allows it, it will be attached directly to the email. For larger files, you’ll receive a secure download link. Simply click on the link, and you’ll be directed to a page where you can grab your file hassle-free!
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can request changes to your customization after placing an order, but the process and conditions depend on the product type:
• For Photo Art Products: We offer unlimited revisions to ensure your artwork is perfect for you. However, it’s not possible to change the original photo you provided with your order.
• For Products with Live Preview on the Website: You can request minor corrections, such as errors in location details or typos in the text. However, if you need substantial changes that significantly alter the artwork, additional charges may apply.
How long will it take to deliver revisions?
Revisions are typically delivered within 1-2 business days. We'll always aim to make it as quick as possible while ensuring the quality of the updates.
How long can I ask for a revision?
You can request revisions within 3 months of receiving your file. After this period, you’ll need to place a new order if further changes are needed.
