Refund policy

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

In accordance with Article 17, items (c) and (l) of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, dated February 14, part of Portuguese legislation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
• Digital goods delivered electronically, once accessed or delivered.

As a Portuguese company, we operate under the applicable laws of Portugal. By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that they are purchasing a personalized and digital product, thereby waiving the right to return or exchange it.

Any refunds will be processed solely in compliance with the legislation outlined in Decree-Law No. 24/2014, dated February 14.
